Hello everybody,

             Nearly three million Tharu populations in Nepal, hardly thirty doctors amongst them, and one amongst these thirty doctors being myself, this rough data represent me and my fellow native people. A sense of responsibility fills my heart when I contemplate about this scenario. Lack of education, poverty and language barriers all have cornered these indigenous people so much that even a basic health facility is now becoming a far cry for these people. On top of that, low representations in governance and government’s neglect have made these people’s lives more miserable.

            Things need to be changed; the community needs to be rebuilt with all the energy. I believe that TOGETHER with all the youths, we can achieve a lot and we can be real community changers.
